
Dniprovskyi Coke Plant
Dniprovskyi Coke Plant is one of the oldest coke plants in Ukraine. It was built in 1931 as a coke shop of Dniprovskyi Iron and Steel Works. The company buys coal from Ukraine, the U.S. and Russia.

In March 2020, the Metinvest Group bought 73% of shares of Dniprovskyi Coke Plant.
2019
DMK sold its blast-furnaces to Dniprovskyi Coke Plant, according to the media.
In April 2019
Metinvest B.V. received permission from Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire Dniprovskyi Coke Plant.
In 2018
Metinvest Holding filed an Antimonopoly Committee application to get a permit for buying a stake in Dniprovskyi Coke Plant (Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk oblast).
