The company continues to work with two lines for the production of stainless pipes

Centravis, one of the largest suppliers of stainless steel pipes in Europe, continues to operate two lines despite the shelling of Nikopol and periodically adds a night shift. This is stated in the letter for customers posted on the company’s official website.

“Centravis production continues to work. The Hot Shop and the Cold Shop continue working in 2 shifts. Moreover, night shifts also have been restored, but not on an ongoing basis,” said the sales director Artem Atanasov.

According to him, all the key equipment is working, the production is provided with the workpiece and all the necessary materials. At the same time, the logistics team works actively and is constantly looking for better and safer ways to deliver finished products.

Worldwide sales offices in Essen, Milan, Krakow, Lugano, Houston and Dubai are open, financial and administrative customer support departments are ready for calls and inquiries.

As GMK Center reported earlier, the company previously noted an increase in pipe output following improved billet supplies. Also, Centravis launched pipe production for the automotive industry and was preparing to increase the supplies of its products to the United States after the abolishment of 25% tariff on metal supplies to the country for one year.

Also, in 2021, the company’s production volume was 19.43 thousand tons compared to 19.05 thousand tons in 2020. In January-May 2022, Centravis produced 5.5 thousand tons of products, which is 25.7% less than in the same period of 2021.
