The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the preliminary results of the administrative review of the anti-dumping order regarding seamless standard, linear and pressure carbon steel pipes from Ukraine. SteelOrbis reports about it.
As the ministry notes, during the inspection period – from February 10, 2021, to July 31, 2022, – the Ukrainian pipe producer Interpipe sold the relevant products at dumped prices.
After analyzing imports, the DOC established a weighted average dumping margin for Ukrainian products at the level of 4.99%.
The final results of the review will be announced within 120 days from the date of publication of the results of the preliminary review. The preliminary anti-dumping duty for Ukrainian products comes into force on September 7, 2023.
