In January 2021, Ukraine’s exports of semi-finished products rose by 6.9% to 674.9 thousand tons against January last year. Export revenues grew by 20.8% to $280.6 million, according to the customs statistics.
The main export markets for Ukrainian semi-finished products were Turkey (28.5%), Italy (15.7%), and Indonesia (7.8%).
As GMK Center reported earlier, in 2020, Ukraine’s exports of semi-finished products grew by 6.3% to 7.49 million tons against 2019. Conversely, revenues from exports of semi-finished products fell by 3.8% to $2.75 billion.
