Metinvest donated UAH 11 million to hospitals in Kamyanske

Metinvest Group provided over UAH 11 million to hospitals in Kamyanske, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, press release on the Metinvest’s Telegram informed.

“Medical institutions are receiving medicines from the Metinvest Group with the assistance of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation,” the statement said.

The other day the sixth set of medicines to the city’s hospitals was delivered. Doctors received infusion antibiotics, isotonic solutions, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs, sutures, sterile gloves.

From the beginning of the Russian invasion, Metinvest has already donated UAH 1.18 billion to help Ukraine. The company provides humanitarian support, food delivery, procurement of medicines, assistance to the Armed Forces and the Territorial Defense in providing ammunition, vehicles and other necessary items.

Earlier GMK Center reported that Kametstal hired 200 Metinvest’s specialists from Mariupol and Avdiivka. More than 90 specialists who were forced to leave their hometowns were doing registration procedures.

In total, Metinvest has about 4,000 jobs for the company’s employees who lost their jobs due to the war. Vacancies are open in Pokrovsk, Kamyansk, Zaporozhzhia and Kryvyi Rih. If necessary, visitors are provided with housing, food and clothing.
