ECA supported Ukrainian exports worth over UAH 10 billion in January-November

In January-November of this year, the Export Credit Agency (ECA) supported Ukrainian exports by UAH 10.13 billion. This is stated in a report by the Ministry of Economy.

This is 1.4 times more than in the first 11 months of 2024. The ratio of supported exports to insurance liability was UAH 7.3 per UAH 1.

The total amount of insured loan agreements was UAH 1.35 billion. In January-November, with the support of the ECA, 82 loans were issued and 104 export agreements were supported for 74 Ukrainian exporters.

The largest volumes of supported exports were recorded in Lviv (UAH 2.66 billion), Khmelnytskyi (UAH 1.36 billion), Ternopil (UAH 1.16 billion), and Volyn (UAH 1.15 billion) regions. A number of other regions also showed significant results.

In November 2025, ECA supported Ukrainian exports worth UAH 186.99 million. Last month, the agency’s partner banks issued and insured loan agreements worth UAH 42.5 million.

Last month, Ukrainian manufacturers supplied products to more than 30 countries, according to the Ministry of Economy. The key importers were Poland, Austria, Lithuania, Germany, and the Netherlands.

The largest amounts of support during the period were received by enterprises in the processing industry, wholesale and retail trade, and the transport sector.

It should be recalled that in 2024, the Export Credit Agency supported UAH 7.53 billion in exports, and one hryvnia of its liability brought in UAH 7.52 in future export revenue.
