Central Mining purchased a support carrier for the Gleyuvatskyi quarry

The Central Mining and Processing Combine (Central GOK), which is part of the Metinvest Group, purchased the HSM 904S support carrier for the Gleyuvatskyi quarry. This is reported by Metinvest on Facebook page.

The German-made machine was purchased from mining transport workshop №1. It will be used mainly for the construction of power transmission lines in the Gleyuvatskyi quarry.

“The equipment will help transport supports that are dismantled before the technological explosion, taken several hundred meters away, and later returned. There can be 10 to 15 such structures at a time, so considerable strength is required,” the company notes.

The new support carrier is easy to use. The process of changing wheels on the car is simplified. Comfortable working conditions have also been created for the driver: the hermetic cabin does not allow dust to pass through, it is equipped with a comfortable seat and an air conditioning system.

As GMK Center reported earlier, Central GOK performed a scheduled replacement of the MSHC 161 mill at the production site for the repair of technological equipment of the iron ore processing plant. The plant also repaired four vibratory feeders of the crushing plant.

Central GOK is among the five largest producers of iron ore in Ukraine. It specializes in mining and production of ferrous metals: concentrate with iron content of 68.5% and 70.5%, as well as pellets with iron content of 67.5%.
