Central Mining allocates UAH 4 million to repair KRD 900/100 crusher

Metinvest Group’s Central Mining and Processing Plant (Central GOK) has allocated UAH 4 million to repair the crusher KRD 900/100 at the crushing plant. This is stated in a press release by Metinvest.Media.

The next upgrade involved replacing the cone armor, bowl and hydraulic cylinder of the crusher to ensure efficient crushing of ore. As part of the repair, the eccentric and the middle ring to it, which are responsible for the kinematics of the crushing equipment, were also updated.

«We strive to ensure the highest quality of products and fulfill the production plan in full. That is why our team continues to focus on continuously improving the technical condition of the equipment and enhancing technological processes,» said Alexander Ivashura, head of the crushing plant at Central GOK.

According to him, the repair of the KRD 900/100 crusher is just one of many steps taken to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise,

Central GOK systematically makes operational improvements and modernizes equipment, which allows us to control the work of our departments and improve technological processes.

In March of this year, Central GOK completed a major overhaul of the OK-324 roasting machine at the pelletizing plant. The specialists upgraded the equipment in 14 days. The repair work was carried out as part of the pellet production process optimization program.
