The Export-Credit Agency of Ukraine (ECA) supported exports of Ukrainian goods worth 7.53 billion UAH in January–June 2026. This is stated in a press release from the Ministry of Economy.
In the first half of the year, the agency supported 40 export deals, with 33 Ukrainian exporters making use of its services.
Enterprises in the Khmelnytskyi region accounted for the largest volume of supported exports during the period — 4.6 billion hryvnias. Also among the leaders were Kyiv (929.1 million hryvnias) and the Chernihiv region (553 million hryvnias).
In the first half of the year, Ukrainian goods insured by the ECA were supplied to 24 countries. The largest export markets were Germany (1.2 billion UAH), the UAE (879.3 million UAH), the Netherlands (730.7 million UAH), Poland (704.3 million UAH) and Hungary (677.7 million UAH).
In June alone, the agency supported exports by Ukrainian companies totalling nearly 114 million UAH. The largest volume of supported exports for the month came from enterprises in the Sumy region — 53.46 million UAH. Exporters from the Chernihiv region insured contracts worth 44.87 million UAH during the period. Other leading regions included Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa regions.
Ukrainian goods insured by the ECA in June will be exported to Uzbekistan, India, Moldova, Australia, Latvia, Germany and Georgia.
It should be noted that, by the end of 2025, the agency had supported Ukrainian exports to the tune of 10.43 billion UAH, which is almost 39% higher than the figure for 2024. During this period, ECA insured 84 credit agreements and supported 106 export deals for 75 Ukrainian exporters. In 2024, the corresponding figures were 87 loans, 98 agreements and 69 exporters.
