“Kametstal” to provide cars to increase the defense of the city

Metallurgical plant “Kametstal” (formerly Dnipro Metallurgical Plant, DMK) provided 7 vehicles to increase the defense of the city in a state of war. It’s reported by the press-service of the enterprise on the Facebook page.

The Kamensk regional police received three powerful UAZ vehicles, and two more vehicles were sent to the Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support.

Moreover a minibus and a specialized truck are already in work to help to defend the city.

As previously reported, “Kametstal”manufactured and provided over 850 spikes to increase the city defence.

The company produced over 609 anti-tank hedge-hogs.

As a reminder, since the beginning of the Russian aggression against the Ukraine, the Metinvest enterprises of Kryvyi Rih have manufactured and provided more than 1.2 thousand anti-tank hedgehogs to the territorial defense forces of the Ukraine.

Earlier the Group allocated €10 million for the purchase of bulletproof vest, helmets, and first aid kits for the territorial defense, and as of March 4, the company as well collected 7 tons of necessary things at humanitarian aid receiving points.
