In the long products segment, production in June stood at 1.1 million tonnes (+5.4% year-on-year). For January–June, output of these products reached 6.9 million tonnes, exceeding last year’s figure by 7.8%.
Flat steel production in June increased by 7.7% to 780,000 tonnes. However, for the first half of the year, flat steel production fell by 5.4% year-on-year, totalling 4.6 million tonnes.
