The updated IT-Enterprise system enabled the company to manage assets, logistics, and costs online

Ukrainian industrial company Interpipe has optimized its resource management system by combining its production and trading assets into a single digital space based on the updated x10 platform of the Ukrainian ERP system IT-Enterprise. This is stated in a press release from the IT company.

This solution enables centralized and rapid management of assets in wartime conditions, control of production and supply chains, and online tracking of production costs and product movements worldwide.

Previously, individual divisions, plants, and foreign offices of the company used different process settings and accounting options. This made it difficult to quickly collect data and centrally manage multiple enterprises in real time. Against the backdrop of war, when logistics and sales markets are constantly changing, the company decided to synchronize all processes on the modern x10 ERP IT-Enterprise platform.

«The project was not a ‘from scratch’ digitalization—it was a deep optimization and consolidation of existing processes into a single control center. Now all Interpipe enterprises in Ukraine and abroad operate in a single digital space. The optimization of all business processes based on IT-Enterprise has enabled us to synchronize the work of departments, regardless of their geography and specific activities. Thanks to this, we have adapted internal management processes to the conditions of war and created a foundation for further scaling,» said Sergiy Sayevich, IT Director at Interpipe.

Among the key results of the company’s digital transformation are the ability to manage several enterprises 24/7 in real time, the consolidation of financial, management, and accounting, as well as more transparent approaches to calculating the cost of production. In addition, the system provides end-to-end control of global logistics and sales — from the production site in Ukraine to the end customer in foreign markets. The transition to the x10 platform has also increased data processing speed, mobility in new working conditions, and compliance with international security standards.

The Interpipe case is an example of how a large industrial giant is becoming flexible in conditions of instability and threats of war thanks to digital transformation. The x10 IT-Enterprise platform facilitates this process. The synchronization of processes and accounting systems into a single digital environment allows the company to effectively manage its resources online and accelerate management decision-making in conditions of constant change,» emphasized Oleg Shcherbatenko, CEO and founder of IT-Enterprise.

Interpipe has confirmed its strategic course of continuous investment and modernization of production even in wartime. Maintaining positions in international markets and further scaling the business are impossible without systematic equipment upgrades and the creation of unique products, said Vitaliy Sueta, the company’s director of products and resources.
