Group DF businesses paid over UAH 2 billion in taxes in 2025

According to the results of 2025, companies belonging to Group DF transferred a total of over UAH 2.06 billion in taxes and mandatory payments to budgets of all levels. This is stated in the group’s report.

«Amid military, market, and administrative challenges, Group DF companies are fully complying with their tax obligations and providing employment for thousands of workers. Preserving production capacity and providing systematic support to the regions where we operate remain a strategic priority for the group,» the statement said.

Last year, the structure of tax revenues was as follows:

  • value added tax (VAT) amounted to UAH 479 million,
  • payroll taxes amounted to UAH 1.14 billion,
  • land tax amounted to UAH 144 million,
  • environmental tax amounted to UAH 87.7 million,
  • income tax amounted to UAH 25 million,
  • other taxes and mandatory payments amounted to UAH 182.6 million.

The largest payments were made by the company’s nitrogen and trading divisions, in particular, Cherkasy AZOT paid UAH 582 million in taxes, and Rivneazot paid UAH 432 million.

Despite the reduction in production due to martial law last year, companies in the titanium mining segment (in particular, Mezhyrichensk Mining, Motronivsk Mining, and Valky-Ilmenit) paid a total of UAH 149 million in taxes and mandatory payments.

It should be noted that Ukraine’s GDP in 2025 was 21% lower than its pre-war level. The country needs new drivers of growth, which can only be found in the industrial sector.
