Ferrexpo paid over UAH 1.45 billion in taxes and fees in 9M2023

Ferrexpo, a mining company with assets in Ukraine listed on the main board of the London Stock Exchange, paid more than UAH 1.45 billion in taxes and duties to the budgets of all levels of Ukraine in January-September 2023. This was reported to GMK Center by the company’s press service.

During this period, Poltava Mining paid over UAH 845 million in taxes, Yeristovo Mining – UAH 570 million, and Bilanovo Mining – UAH 48 million.

Poltava Mining paid over UAH 213 million to the local budget, over UAH 122 million – to the regional budget, and UAH 315 million – to the state budget. The company’s single social contribution (SSC) amounted to UAH 195 million.

Over 9 months, Yeristovo Mining paid over UAH 84 million to the local budget, UAH 51 million – to the regional budget and over UAH 353 million – to the state budget. The plant’s single social contribution amounted to UAH 84 million.

Bilanovo Mining paid UAH 41 million in taxes and fees to the local budget. The company paid over UAH 1 million in taxes to the regional budget and over UAH 3 million – to the state budget. The company’s single social contribution reached UAH 3 million.

Over 9 months, Poltava Mining paid UAH 32 million in environmental tax, over UAH 78 million in land tax, UAH 175 million – in personal income tax, and UAH 23 million – in other taxes and fees. Subsoil use fees amounted to UAH 342 million.

In January-September 2023, Yeristovo Mining paid UAH 240 million in income tax, UAH 14 million – in environmental tax, UAH 73 million – in personal income tax, and UAH 124 million – in other taxes and fees. Land tax amounted to UAH 36 million.

Bilanovo Mining main budgetary contributions were land tax – UAH 37 million, personal income tax – UAH 6 million, and other taxes and fees – UAH 1 million.

As GMK Center reported earlier, in 2022 Ferrexpo paid UAH 6.3 billion in taxes in the budgets of all levels in 2022. Last year, the Group provided UAH 534 million or 64% of tax revenues to the budget of Horishnyoplavnivska community of Poltava region, which is the center of Ferrexpo’s activities.
