On November 14-16, the European Steel Conference will be held in Milan (Italy) by the American consulting company World Steel Dynamics (WSD).
During three days, top managers of leading European steel companies and high-ranking representatives of key global steel producers will speak at the conference.
“Previous high prices have been replaced with surpluses as car manufacturing slowed and infrastructure investments take their time moving from law to actual spend. Global supply chain disruptions have caused many companies to shift from just-in-time to just-in-case inventory management. And all of this is playing out against the backdrop of decarbonization,” the organizer emphasizes in the press announcement of the event.
The purpose of the event is to analyze the current challenges faced by global steel industry, in particular:
Venue: Melia Milano Hotel, Milan.
