ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih reduced production of rolled products by 18% to 390 thousand tons in November compared to October. Steel production of fell by 28.5% to 350 thousand tons, and pig iron by 20% to 375 thousand tons.
At the same time, the Company increased production of rolled products by 8.8% to 4.2 million tons over the first eleven months of the current year against January–November 2018, Interfax Ukraine reported.
Over the same period, the Company increased steel production by 15% to 4.94 million tons, and pig iron by 17.4% to 4.9 million tons.
Over 11 months, AMKR produced 9.08 million tons of sinter, 16.8% up from the previous year, 9 million tons of iron ore concentrate (+5.1%), and 2.56 million tons of coke (+4.8%).
