On June 18, 2026, the «Industrial Evolution: Manufacturing Drives the Economy» forum will be held for the fifth time at the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park, focusing on Ukrainian manufacturing during the war.
Despite widespread destruction, energy crises, and the constant threat of war, manufacturing in Ukraine has not stopped. In 2025, the manufacturing industry paid 367.5 billion UAH in taxes—18% of all state budget revenues. This is the largest increase among all sectors of the economy.
Behind these figures are entrepreneurs who continue to take risks, invest, and build, as well as government policy, which in recent years has begun to focus more on supporting manufacturing (through financing programs, tax incentives, and the development of industrial parks).
Ukraine has already established a network of 116 industrial parks, within which 37 industrial enterprises have been built or are under construction—22 plants are operational, and another 15 are under construction. The main priority now is to scale up the process and transform industrial parks into real hubs of production, investment, and new jobs.
“Manufacturing is the driver of the country’s economy. It means jobs, taxes, development, and stability, as is already evident in the example of the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park. It is important that there be more such projects, that manufacturing develops, that investors put their money in, and that people acquire the skills needed to work in the new economy,” notes Vasyl Khmelnytskyi, the forum’s initiator and founder of the UNIT.City innovation park and the Bila Tserkva Industrial Park.
The forum will bring together over 1,500 participants—owners and executives of manufacturing companies, investors, government officials, representatives of the financial sector, and experts. The event will also be attended by international delegations from the business, industrial, investment, and diplomatic communities.
The event will feature panel discussions, an exhibition of technologies and equipment for manufacturers, practical case studies from companies already scaling up production in Ukraine, and networking opportunities.
Manufacturers will share their practical experience of operating during the war, while government representatives will discuss which support tools are already in place and what is planned for the future.
The forum’s program includes the following topics:
- Government incentives for manufacturing in 2026 and their actual effectiveness,
- manufacturing operations amid energy constraints, rising costs, and military risks,
- manpower for manufacturing amid labor shortages and the role of training in boosting productivity,
- capital for manufacturing amid risk and the role of financial and insurance instruments,
- technology as a response to labor shortages and a tool for improving production efficiency,
- customer acquisition and export development amid a shrinking domestic market, new rules, logistical constraints, and regulations.
