In 2020, Interpipe decreased sales of railway products by 8.3% to 190.6 thousand tons against 2019, according to Interfax-Ukraine.
Production of steel in 2020 dropped by 11.2% to 758.7 thousand tons and pipes by 20.9% to 464 thousand tons.
In December, the Company produced 61.8 thousand tons of steel, 16.5 thousand tons of railway products, and 38.4 thousand tons of pipes.
The main sales markets were: the CIS (43%), Europe (35%), Ukraine (14%), the MENA region (4%). Pipes were supplied to Europe (29%), the MENA region (24%), Ukraine (22%), and the CIS (11%).
As GMK Center reported earlier, in 2020, Interpipe cut sales of railway products by 5.4% to 192.4 thousand tons against 2019. Sales of pipes dropped by 21% to 469.9 thousand tons.
